The Fever revisited,the trail is getting used alot walkers and joggers using it as well so thats great i'll call it a success.The trail is pretty well run in now so i'll remove the flagging.I have started flagging a new trail that will be similiar to the Cabin Fever trail still at the route planning stage but should be good for a fall /spring build.The trail will be called The Gecko and if all goes well should be ridable next spring.
I 'am going to call this new trail the Gecko because i saw the comox lake Gecko. Ok its really called a northern alligator lizard it does look like a little mini alligator brown about 8" long and moved pretty fast.Anyways kind of an interesting creature so thats the name.
Was it in any of the fur trees?
I saw this lizard down beside one of the small streams out there,i did'nt really know what i was looking at so looked it up on the internet.This Lizard is common to the pacific northwest, still its a surprize when you come across one.
