The United Riders of Cumberland has ladies rides on wednesday evenings at 6pm. Rides leave from the corner of the Riding Fool / Dodge City Cycles. They usually break into groups based on rider experience.
I think Liz also does some monday night rides for more beginners. she's usually at the wednesday rides.
