    Twister

I am new to trail riding and would like to help build and maintain Twister.

Is there any sections anybody would like worked on?

There are some narly root sections.  Are they fun and meant to be there?

I would like to help trail build.

    Re: Twister

Welcome to the riding community here in the valley Glenn. Twister is a much loved and ridden trail and is reknowned for being gnarly, rooty and a grind. There are some sections which could do with some love but I know there are some guys working on sections now so wait for a while and those sections may be tweaked. If you would like to help build, come out to Cumberland and help on some of the organized trail days and stay tuned for more details here on CVMTB. I have to say also that there is an art to sustainable trail building and there is also a safety aspect to altering trails so please check before you begin any work and we may be able to help you out.

Also check the facebook page: 'comox valley mountain biking' for more trail day details.
