A typical sign of spring arrives this weekend with the 26th running of the Snow to Surf Relay on Sunday April 20th. The relay race stretching from the peak of Mount Washington to Comox Marina traverses much of the valley communities. For anyone hoping to ride in the region this weekend, be sure to note the course seen on this Google Map. Major traffic areas will include forbidden side of the lake, Bevan trails, Cumberland Lake Park Campground, Cumberland Lake Road and other roadways connecting. 

Volunteers are still needed so contact the snow to surf committee if you would like to be part of this annual event.
